Logistics work depends on timely information across customers, dispatch, payments, and delivery. Fragmented records make those handoffs harder to manage.
My role
System design and product development through Almiqui Technologies.
The approach
Define the order lifecycle, keep order and payment statuses separate, and give each role the information needed for its next action. Bring customer-facing and operational workflows into one product direction.
Current outcome
An ongoing logistics product initiative. This overview describes the system direction; measured customer outcomes will be added when documented.
