Scope and article types
Our focus is Shopify, Klaviyo, domain investing, and the systems behind digital businesses. Guides explain how to make a decision or resolve a problem. Analysis interprets evidence; opinion expresses a viewpoint. News is reserved for verified, timely developments. An anecdote in a forum is a lead to investigate, not proof of a widespread incident.
The five questions
Who is affected? What happened or what problem is being addressed? When did it occur, or when does the advice apply? Where does it apply? Why does it matter? Articles provide this context in the text and, when complete, an “At a glance” summary. Unknown facts and limitations must remain visible.
Evidence and first-hand experience
We prioritize original documentation and named sources. Product instructions, dates, terms, and calculations need checking against those sources. We label hypothetical examples and distinguish direct experience from desk research. We do not invent tests, interviews, credentials, results, or quotations. Readers should check current product terms before acting.
AI assistance and human approval
AI can help find sources, develop a draft, and edit language. It is not treated as a factual source. Ángel Rondón is responsible for checking the draft and approving publication. Human review remains necessary for accuracy, originality, useful context, and disclosure.
Corrections and meaningful updates
Send a correction with the article URL and supporting evidence to contacto@angelrondon.com. Material corrections are described on the article. Publication dates identify the original release; updates identify changes to public content. Administrative notes do not refresh an article’s public update date.
